What we collect.
When you request an appointment or ask us what care will cost, we collect what you type into those forms: your name, phone number, email address, what you tell us about your situation, and, if you choose to share them, your date of birth, ZIP code, and plan details. We are a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly, so plan details are optional and are used only to answer your question about cost. If you use the interactive tools on our homepage, your selections may be stored briefly in your browser and submitted anonymously so we can understand what visitors are looking for. We use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising; these tools may set cookies in your browser. Our chat window is provided by LeadConnector.
Why we collect it.
To call you back, to schedule your visit, to answer your question about what care will cost, and to communicate about your care. If you check the text-message consent box, we use your phone number to send appointment-related texts. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
What we never do.
We never sell your information. We never share it with advertisers. Any plan details you choose to submit are used only to answer your question about cost, and are handled by our scheduling team and no one else. We do not submit claims to any insurer on your behalf.
Service providers.
Form submissions are processed by our website hosting provider and delivered to our practice-management systems so we can respond to you. Live review content is displayed from Google via an embedded widget; interacting with it is subject to Google’s own privacy terms. The map on our contact section is embedded from Google Maps.
Your health information.
Once you become a patient, your health information is protected under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you will receive at your first visit. This website is not intended for submitting detailed medical records; please save the full history for your evaluation, where it belongs.
Retention and access.
